At Collision Solution, we believe in providing nothing less than highest quality work. We back all of our work with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, so you know we stand by our work. For as long as you own your vehicle, the Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all work done at our facility.

Metalwork

The Limited Lifetime Warranty provided for all metalwork includes welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs. The Warranty covers all cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration, with the sole exception of rust repairs. In the event of actual defects in any of these labor related works, we will repair and repaint the metalwork to the original standard required by your insurance company for such work.

Painting, Stripes and Decals

The Limited Lifetime Warranty on our painting includes all related priming and paint work, and covers solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. We also warrant the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding those defects which are caused by vehicle exposure to extreme environmental conditions. We will re-prime, repaint, and/or apply new stripping/decals to the relevant sections of the vehicle meeting the original standard required by your insurance company.

Mechanical Repairs

The Limited Lifetime Warranty on mechanical repairs at our facility provides coverage against proven faulty or defective mechanical repairs, detailed in the original estimate and claim, and performed by us during our original repair of collision damage. We will correct any such defective mechanical repairs to the original standard required by your insurance company for the repairs.

The Warranty on all parts used in your repair is equal to that provided by the manufacturer and/or distributor of said parts. While it does not cover normal wear and tear, this does ensure that you only receive high quality part that are designed to work properly with your vehicle and made to last.
